The Condor II Hydration Backpack (#0512) is an improved second-generation military assault daypack, designed with daily use in mind without compromising its rugged battlefield construction. It boasts a square design with a rounded top, offering a spacious 1950 cu. in. (32 L) of storage capacity.
The main compartment measures 17.5"(H) x 14"(W) x 6.5"(D), while the upper and lower front pouches offer additional storage space at 5.5"(H) x 9"(W) x 2"(D) and 8"(H) x 9"(W) x 2.5"(D), respectively. The backpack is compatible with up to a 100 oz (3 L) hydration reservoir (sold separately) and features a 1" sternum strap and a 1.5" waist strap (with a minimum strap length of 14" and a maximum of 42"; minimum loop length of 28" and maximum of 56").
The Condor II includes several key improvements over the original Condor (#0502) model, such as: - Addition of 6 rows of PALS webbing per side for full MOLLE compatibility - Addition of 2 rows of PALS webbing on the top and lower front pockets for MOLLE/ALICE compatibility - Addition of 2 quick-release compression straps per side - Improved hydration system pocket with a zipper opening, a reservoir hang-tab, and a velcro bi-directional drink tube port - Increased hydration capacity (100 oz vs. 72 oz) with improved comfort and ergonomics - Hydration pocket can accommodate a concealed firearm using Maxpedition's Hook & Loop Modular Accessories (e.g., #3501 Universal Modular Holster, sold separately) - Organizer in the lower front pocket - High abrasion-resistant bottom
The Condor II measures 14.5" (L) x 9.5" (W) x 16" (H), with a volume of 1400 cu.in./23L and a weight of 3.0 pounds. It features a 3D breathable mesh padded back and ergonomic shoulder straps for a comfortable carry, along with exterior PALS webbing for attachment to MOLLE-compatible accessories. The rear compartment is also lockable, allowing for the storage of large pistols.
